Every birthday for the last six years, my parents call at midnight in Nigeria to sing to me. After which I wish my mother a happy birthday too. To which she says, “Yes! We did it together.”
I discovered my personal favourite flavour of granola: banana bread! The best part was eating it with yogurt and sweet berries 😋
